Data Deletion

How to remove data associated with SuppTrack for Android.

Almost everything SuppTrack knows about you lives only on your phone and is deleted the moment you reset or uninstall the app. The one exception is purchase history for a Premium subscription, which our payments provider keeps under an anonymous identifier — that can be deleted on request.

Data stored only on your device

SuppTrack keeps your supplements, schedules, dose history, and any photos you attach on your device only. This data is never uploaded to us. To delete it, either:

  • Open the app → Settings and use the reset option, or
  • Uninstall SuppTrack — this permanently removes all on-device data.

Data collected off your device

When you buy or restore a Premium subscription, our payments provider RevenueCat stores:

  • your purchase / subscription history, and
  • an anonymous app-user identifier (not your name, email, or phone number).

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] (or use https://pilltracker.hilmicihan.com/support) with the subject “SuppTrack data deletion request”. If possible, include the approximate date and store (Google Play) of your purchase so we can locate the record.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: the RevenueCat anonymous identifier and its associated purchase / subscription records. Processed within 30 days of your request.
🔒
Kept: transaction records that Google Play retains for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. These are held by Google under its own policies and are outside our control.
